1. Who this is between
These terms are between you (the business or individual signing up for Helo) and Helo, a service operated from Finland. By using Helo you agree to these terms.
2. What Helo does
Helo builds and operates an AI-powered chat assistant trained on your business content (website, FAQs, tour descriptions). The assistant answers guest questions on your behalf, 24/7. We deliver a working demo within 24 hours of receiving your website URL. You review it, request changes, and approve before going live.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the content you provide (website, documents, knowledge base) belongs to you or that you have rights to use it. You are responsible for reviewing the demo and ensuring the assistant's answers are accurate before going live. If your prices, availability, or policies change, you must notify us so we can update the assistant.
4. What we promise
We aim for 99.5% uptime during your operating season. If the assistant is unavailable for more than 4 hours in any 24-hour period due to a fault on our side, we extend your subscription by one day. We will never use your guest conversation data to train models for other clients, and we will never sell your data.
5. Subscription and payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the period begins, except where required by law. If you cancel, the assistant stays active until the end of your paid period. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments after a 7-day grace period.
6. Limitations
Helo is an AI assistant — it can make mistakes. We are not liable for inaccurate answers the assistant provides to your guests. You retain responsibility for your business's information and for correcting errors when notified. Our total liability to you in any calendar month is capped at the fees you paid us in that month.
7. Ending the agreement
Either party may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if there is a serious breach of these terms. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it longer.
8. Changes to these terms
We will give you 14 days' notice of any material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
