AuroraReply is a service based in Finland. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. To contact us, use the contact form on this website.
Contact form: your name, business name, website address, and message — used only to reply to you and prepare your demo. Legal basis: taking steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Demo chat on this site: the messages you type into the demo assistant are processed to generate replies. Don't enter personal data there — it's a demo.
Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (aggregate page views only). No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered via Web3Forms. Client chatbots are built on Chatbase, configured for EU-compliant data handling. We don't sell personal data, and guest conversations are not used to train public AI models.
Contact enquiries: up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Client project data: for the duration of the engagement plus legal bookkeeping requirements.
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Submit your request via our contact form — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
